Action Bronson in Philadelphia

Action Bronson is an American rapper from Flushing, Queens, born in 1983. A former professional cook, he built his catalog around vivid New York narratives and food references, first attracting attention with releases including Dr. Lecter and the Party Supplies collaboration Blue Chips. His major-label album Mr. Wonderful produced the songs “Easy Rider” and “Baby Blue,” featuring Chance the Rapper, while his television work includes the food-and-travel series F*ck, That's Delicious. The Mr. Wonderful Tour supported the album in 2015 through club and theatre dates. In 2023, Action Bronson performed an NPR Tiny Desk Concert backed by the band Human Growth Hormone, presenting songs including “Dmtri” and “Latin Grammys” in a full-band arrangement.
