Adam Green in Vienna

Adam Green is an American singer-songwriter, born in 1981, who emerged from New York’s antifolk scene as a co-founder of the Moldy Peaches. The group’s “Anyone Else but You” featured prominently in the film Juno, while his solo catalogue includes the albums Friends of Mine and Gemstones and songs such as “Jessica” and “Dance with Me.” In the early 2000s, the Moldy Peaches toured in support of the Strokes before Adam Green established a separate live career in clubs and theatres. The 2016 tour for Adam Green’s Aladdin paired a screening of his film with a full-band concert. He later joined the Moldy Peaches for their 2023 reunion shows, which included Primavera Sound and the Roundhouse in London.
