Agent Orange is an American punk band formed in Placentia, California, in 1979. Its fast punk songs and surf-rock guitar made the group a distinct part of the Orange County scene, led by singer and guitarist Mike Palm. The 1981 debut album Living in Darkness introduced its best-known material, including “Bloodstains,” “Everything Turns Grey” and a version of “Miserlou.” In 1990, Agent Orange documented its club performance on Real Live Sound, recorded at the Roxy Theatre in West Hollywood. Later touring took the band through punk clubs and festival grounds, including Punk Rock Bowling in Las Vegas and Rebellion Festival in Blackpool.
