Artist
aiko is a Japanese singer-songwriter from Osaka who made her major-label debut in 1998 with “Ashita.” She is known for melodic J-pop songs including “Hanabi,” “Kabutomushi,” “Boyfriend” and “KissHug,” writing and composing her own material. The long-running Love Like Pop concert series has placed aiko in halls and arenas, while Love Like Rock brings her full band into live houses. She has also staged the free outdoor Love Like Aloha concerts, including a performance at Southern Beach Chigasaki.
