Alain Chamfort in Woluwe-Saint-Pierre - Sint-Pieters-Woluwe

Alain Chamfort is a French singer and composer, born Alain Le Govic in Paris in 1949. He is best known for polished pop and chanson recordings including “Manureva,” “Bambou,” “Géant” and “La Fièvre dans le sang.” Serge Gainsbourg wrote lyrics for his albums Rock'n'rose and Poses, the latter containing “Manureva.” Alain Chamfort has given headline concerts at the Olympia and Casino de Paris. He later brought songs and spoken recollections together in the autobiographical stage production Le Meilleur de moi-même at Théâtre de l’Œuvre.
