Alan Parsons in San Luis Potosí City

Alan Parsons is a British musician, producer and recording engineer, born in London in 1948. He worked on the Beatles’ Abbey Road and Pink Floyd’s The Dark Side of the Moon before forming The Alan Parsons Project with Eric Woolfson. Their progressive and art-rock catalogue includes the albums I Robot and Eye in the Sky, as well as songs such as “Games People Play,” “Time” and “Don’t Answer Me.” A 1990 appearance at Night of the Proms in Antwerp was the only concert by The Alan Parsons Project during its original incarnation. He later toured with the Alan Parsons Live Project, and a 2004 performance at Plaza Mayor was released as Live in Madrid. In 2019, the band performed with the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, a collaboration documented on One Note Symphony: Live in Tel Aviv.
