Alcolirykoz in Ibagué

Alcolirykoz is a Colombian hip-hop trio formed in 1999 in Aranjuez, a neighborhood of Medellín. Rappers Gambeta and Kaztro work with DJ and producer Fazeta, pairing sample-based beats with detailed, often humorous writing about everyday urban life. Their catalog includes the albums Servicios Ambulatorioz, La revancha de los tímidos and Aranjuez, as well as songs such as “Tararea,” “Normal” and “Todo lo bueno tarda.” NPR featured Alcolirykoz in its Tiny Desk (home) Concert series in 2021. That filmed performance preceded the trio’s 2024 headline concert at Movistar Arena in Bogotá.
