Aleks Syntek in Barcelona

Aleks Syntek is a Mexican singer, songwriter and keyboardist born in 1969, known for Spanish-language pop shaped by synthesizers and rock. He first recorded with Aleks Syntek y la Gente Normal before establishing a solo career; his best-known songs include “Sexo, pudor y lágrimas,” “Intocable” and “Duele el amor,” a duet with Ana Torroja. In 2017, Aleks Syntek joined the original lineup of the 90's Pop Tour, whose arena concerts included shows at Arena Ciudad de México. He later teamed with Benny Ibarra and Erik Rubín for 3D Ecadas, a concert project built around songs from all three performers’ catalogues.
