Alex Henry Foster in Düsseldorf

Alex Henry Foster is a Canadian singer-songwriter and guitarist, known as the frontman of the Montreal alternative-rock band Your Favorite Enemies. His solo work moves through post-rock, noise rock and spoken-word passages; his debut solo album, Windows in the Sky, includes “Summertime Departures” and “The Hunter (By the Seaside Window).” His first solo concert took place at the Festival International de Jazz de Montréal in 2019, where he performed with The Long Shadows. That performance became the concert film and live album Standing Under Bright Lights, and he later toured Europe as a guest of The Pineapple Thief.
