alexsucks is an American indie-rock band formed in Los Angeles and led by singer and guitarist Alex Alvarez. The group plays garage rock and dance-punk, and its debut album, The Gutter, includes “6 Pack and Cigarettes” and “Can We Forget.” In 2023, alexsucks brought The Gutter to clubs across the United States and performed at Austin City Limits Music Festival. The band later opened American dates for The Hives.
