About Allman Betts Band
Allman Betts Band is an American southern-rock group formed in 2018 by Devon Allman and Duane Betts, the sons of Allman Brothers Band members Gregg Allman and Dickey Betts. Their music draws on blues and soul, and their releases include the albums Down to the River and Bless Your Heart, featuring songs such as “Shinin’,” “Pale Horse Rider” and “Magnolia Road.”
The band began touring behind Down to the River in 2019, playing theatres and festivals with a full electric lineup built around Devon Allman and Duane Betts. In 2021, they joined Blackberry Smoke’s Spirit of the South Tour, which also featured The Wild Feathers and Allman Brothers Band drummer Jaimoe.
