Grouper in Staré Město

Grouper is the solo project of American musician and producer Liz Harris, who began releasing music under the name in the mid-2000s. Her hushed vocals, guitar, tape noise and drone shape albums including Dragging a Dead Deer Up a Hill, A I A: Alien Observer and Ruins. In 2009, Grouper opened a series of concerts for Animal Collective. She later performed at Primavera Sound in Barcelona and Le Guess Who? in Utrecht. Grouper usually appears solo, singing and playing guitar as loops and processed sound gather around the songs of Liz Harris.
