Artist
Amistat are a German indie-folk duo formed by twin brothers Josef and Jan Prasil, who grew up in Italy and later settled in Melbourne. Their acoustic songwriting is built around close two-part harmonies; their catalogue includes Parley and the songs “Falling” and “Far From Home.” After settling in Melbourne, Amistat developed their live act through busking and intimate concerts before touring more widely in Australia and Europe. Their festival appearances have included Woodford Folk Festival in Queensland and Edinburgh Festival Fringe in Scotland.
