Andrés Calamaro in Buenos Aires

Andrés Calamaro is an Argentine singer-songwriter and musician, born in Buenos Aires in 1961, whose work spans rock en español and pop. He played keyboards and wrote songs in Los Abuelos de la Nada, then formed Los Rodríguez with Ariel Rot before resuming his solo career. His best-known work includes “Sin documentos,” “Flaca” and “Paloma,” as well as the albums Alta suciedad, Honestidad brutal and El Salmón. In 2005, Andrés Calamaro played a series of return concerts at Luna Park, captured on the live album El Regreso. He followed them in 2007 by touring with Fito & Fitipaldis under the title Dos Son Multitud, a joint run through Spain.
