Andrew Peterson in Spartanburg

Andrew Peterson is an American singer-songwriter and author, born in 1974, who writes acoustic folk and contemporary Christian music. He is known for the albums Counting Stars and Resurrection Letters: Volume I, as well as the songs “Dancing in the Minefields” and “Is He Worthy?” The annual Behold the Lamb of God Christmas tour began in 2000. Its concerts feature Peterson and a rotating ensemble of musicians, followed by a complete performance of the biblical song cycle that gives the tour its name. The tour has repeatedly returned to Nashville for its year-end concert at the Ryman Auditorium.
