About Anly
Anly is a Japanese singer-songwriter and guitarist born in 1997 on Ie Island, Okinawa. Her guitar-led pop and rock repertoire includes “Taiyo ni Warae,” “Kara no Kokoro,” used as an opening theme for Naruto: Shippuden, and “Beautiful,” heard in The Seven Deadly Sins.
In 2017, Anly began the Loop Around the World concert series, placing her guitar, voice and loop pedal at the centre of the performance. She later brought that solo looping format to SXSW in Austin.
