Anna Oxa in Mestre

Anna Oxa is an Italian pop singer born in Bari in 1961. She made her recording debut with “Un'emozione da poco” and became known for songs including “Quando nasce un amore,” “Donna con te” and “Senza pietà.” Her stage history is closely tied to the Sanremo Music Festival, where she debuted in 1978 and won in 1989 alongside Fausto Leali. Later that year, the pair represented Italy at the Eurovision Song Contest in Lausanne. She won the festival again in 1999 and returned in 2023 to perform “Sali” at the Teatro Ariston.
