Artist
Anne Clark is a British poet, songwriter and electronic musician, born in Croydon in 1960. Her work sets spoken-word poetry against synthesizers and electronic rhythms; her best-known recordings include “Our Darkness,” “Sleeper in Metropolis” and the album Changing Places. The live album R.S.V.P. documented her 1987 performance at Music Centrum Vredenburg in Utrecht. Psychometry followed as another concert recording in 1994, while From the Heart: Live in Bratislava preserved a later performance in Bratislava.
