Artist
Arcwelder is an American rock trio formed in Minneapolis in 1988. The band plays noise rock and post-hardcore built around guitar, bass and drums; its 1990s releases for Touch and Go Records include Jacket Made in Canada, Pull, Xerxes and Entropy. In the 1990s, the trio toured the US club circuit behind those records. Arcwelder later performed at Touch and Go Records’ 25th-anniversary festival in 2006, bringing the band to Chicago for the label’s three-day celebration.
