Comedian
Ari Eldjárn is an Icelandic stand-up comedian, actor and screenwriter from Reykjavík. A member of the comedy group Mið-Ísland, he is known internationally for English-language material about Iceland, accents and Nordic culture, collected in the Netflix special Pardon My Icelandic. Pardon My Icelandic played the Edinburgh Festival Fringe before being released as a filmed stand-up special. He has also taken his English-language stand-up to London’s Soho Theatre and the Melbourne International Comedy Festival.
