Ashnikko in Melbourne

Ashnikko is an American singer, rapper and songwriter, born in North Carolina in 1996 and based in London. She makes electropop and pop rap shaped by theatrical characters, dark humour and confrontational lyrics. The songs “Stupid,” featuring Yung Baby Tate, “Daisy” and “Slumber Party,” featuring Princess Nokia, established her wider audience, followed by the mixtape Demidevil and debut album Weedkiller. The Hi, It’s Me Tour gave Ashnikko her first headline run in 2019. She returned to clubs and theatres for the Demidevil Tour in 2021, then expanded the album’s world into a longer run of international headline dates on the Weedkiller Tour in 2023.
