Atif Aslam in Lillestrøm

Atif Aslam is a Pakistani singer and actor, born in Wazirabad in 1983, whose music covers pop, rock and film ballads. He first recorded “Aadat” with the band Jal, then released his solo debut album, Jal Pari. His playback work in Hindi cinema includes “Woh Lamhe,” “Tera Hone Laga Hoon,” “Jeena Jeena” and “Dil Diyan Gallan.” In 2012, Atif Aslam performed at The O2 in London. He sang the qawwali “Tajdar-e-Haram” on Coke Studio Pakistan in 2015; the performance was released during the programme’s eighth season. He later performed with the Firdaus Orchestra at Expo 2020 Dubai.
