Atlanta Rhythm Section is an American rock band formed in 1971 in Doraville, Georgia. Its polished Southern rock and pop sound is heard on “So Into You,” “Imaginary Lover” and “Champagne Jam,” while its recording of “Spooky” revisited a song associated with the Classics IV. Atlanta Rhythm Section headlined the Champagne Jam festival at Grant Field in Atlanta in 1978, and the event returned the following year. The double live album Are You Ready! also arrived in 1979, documenting the concert repertoire of the lineup fronted by Ronnie Hammond.
Orleans is an American pop-rock band formed in Woodstock, New York, in 1972 by John Hall, Larry Hoppen and Wells Kelly. The group is known for the vocal harmonies and guitar-led soft rock of “Dance with Me,” “Still the One” and “Love Takes Time,” as well as the album Waking and Dreaming. During the 1970s, Orleans toured the United States as “Dance with Me” and “Still the One” became staples of the band’s set. After reuniting in the late 1980s, the group resumed concert work and performed in Japan. In 2013, Orleans joined the Sail Rock tour alongside Christopher Cross, Firefall and John Ford Coley.
