August Burns Red in Wellington

August Burns Red is an American metalcore band formed in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, in 2003. They play technically detailed heavy music built around twin guitars, screamed vocals and breakdowns, and are known for the albums Messengers and Constellations and songs including “Composure” and “White Washed.” The band established Christmas Burns Red in 2018 as an annual hometown holiday event. The Constellations 10 Years tour followed in 2019, featuring Silverstein and Silent Planet, and in 2023 the 20 Year Anniversary Tour included The Devil Wears Prada and Bleed From Within. Outside the United States, their festival appearances have included Download Festival in England and Graspop Metal Meeting in Belgium.
