Bassel & the Supernaturals in Stuart

Bassel & the Supernaturals is a Chicago soul and funk band led by Syrian-American singer and songwriter Bassel Almadani. Albums including Elements and Smoke & Mirrors connect horn-driven R&B with songs about family, displacement and the war in Syria. The group has performed at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and Millennium Park. They have also toured clubs and theatres across the United States as a full band. Festival appearances have included SXSW in Austin and Summerfest in Milwaukee.
