Benny Benassi in Costa Mesa

Benny Benassi is an Italian DJ and producer, born in Milan in 1967, whose music spans electro house and dance-pop. He is best known for the 2002 track “Satisfaction,” built around a distorted, mechanical synth riff, as well as “Cinema” featuring Gary Go. His albums include Hypnotica and Electroman, and he has frequently worked with his cousin and production partner Alle Benassi. Benny Benassi performed at Coachella in 2008 and launched the Electroman Tour around his 2011 album. His shows are DJ sets centered on his own tracks and remixes, a format he has presented at Tomorrowland and Electric Daisy Carnival in Las Vegas. He has also performed at Ultra Music Festival in Miami.
