Artist
Berlin is an American new-wave and synth-pop band formed in Los Angeles in 1978 by bassist and songwriter John Crawford. Singer Terri Nunn became the group’s central voice, heard on “The Metro,” “Sex (I’m A...),” “No More Words” and “Take My Breath Away,” recorded for the film Top Gun. Key albums include Pleasure Victim, Love Life and Count Three & Pray. Berlin performed at the US Festival in California in 1983 as Pleasure Victim brought the band to a wider audience. In 2009, a Terri Nunn-led lineup joined the Regeneration Tour alongside ABC, Wang Chung and Cutting Crew.
