Black Sea Dahu in Ludwigsburg

Black Sea Dahu is a Swiss indie-folk band from Zurich led by singer-songwriter Janine Cathrein. The group is known for Cathrein’s deep voice and spacious folk-rock arrangements, heard on the albums White Creatures and I Am My Mother and in songs including “In Case I Fall for You” and “Big Mouth.” After White Creatures, Black Sea Dahu toured European clubs and festivals and supported Ben Howard and José González on concert dates. The group later took I Am My Mother into its own headline shows, concentrating much of its live work in Switzerland, Germany and Austria.
