Blackhaine is the performance name of Tom Heyes, a British rapper, choreographer and dancer from Salford. He makes experimental hip-hop shaped by spoken delivery, drill rhythms and abrasive electronic noise, and is known for releases including Armour, And Salford Falls Apart and Armour II.

In 2021, a filmed Boiler Room performance in Manchester placed his forceful choreography at the centre of the set. He later presented this movement-led live format at Rewire in The Hague and Primavera Sound in Barcelona.
