Bleeding Through in San Diego

Bleeding Through is an American metalcore band formed in Orange County, California, in 1999. Their music pairs hardcore breakdowns and melodic death-metal guitar work with prominent keyboards. The band is known for the albums This Is Love, This Is Murderous, The Truth and Declaration, as well as songs including “Love Lost in a Hail of Gun Fire,” “On Wings of Lead” and “Kill to Believe.” Bleeding Through played Ozzfest in 2004, then spent part of 2005 on the Vans Warped Tour. The band later closed its original run with a farewell show at Chain Reaction in Anaheim in 2014 and returned to the venue after re-forming in 2018.

Eighteen Visions is an American metalcore band formed in Orange County, California, in 1995. Their early records paired metallic hardcore with melodic passages, while Vanity, Obsession and the self-titled Eighteen Visions broadened that sound toward alternative metal and hard rock. Their best-known songs include “You Broke Like Glass,” “Victim” and “Tonightless”; after reuniting, they released XVIII. Eighteen Visions played Ozzfest in 2004 and joined the inaugural Taste of Chaos tour in 2005. They ended their original run with a farewell performance at Chain Reaction in Anaheim in 2007, then returned to the stage after reuniting in 2017, playing their first show in a decade at The Observatory in Santa Ana.
