About Bloodbound
Bloodbound are a Swedish power metal band formed in 2004 by keyboardist Fredrik Bergh and guitarist Tomas Olsson. Their music pairs traditional heavy metal riffs with melodic choruses and fantasy imagery; the debut album Nosferatu, the song “Moria” and later records including Unholy Cross and War of Dragons are central to their catalogue.
In 2015, Bloodbound recorded their set at the Masters of Rock festival in Vizovice for the live album and concert film One Night of Blood. The band returned to the same festival in 2023, and that performance supplied the live portion of the retrospective The Tales of Nosferatu: Two Decades of Blood. Both recordings document the group’s full-band stage format fronted by Patrik Selleby.
