Blutengel in Oberhausen

Blutengel is a German electronic music project formed in Berlin in 1998 by singer and producer Chris Pohl. Its darkwave and synth-pop catalogue includes the albums Seelenschmerz, Demon Kiss and Monument, as well as songs such as “Reich mir die Hand” and “You Walk Away.” Blutengel played its first concert at Wave-Gotik-Treffen in Leipzig in 2001. The project later toured German concert halls on the Monument Tour, presenting Chris Pohl and Ulrike Goldmann as co-lead vocalists alongside choreographed dancers. Its festival appearances also included M’era Luna and Amphi Festival.
