Bon Entendeur in Nancy

Bon Entendeur are a French electronic trio formed in 2012 by Arnaud Bonet, Pierre Della Monica and Nicolas Boisseleau. They first became known for mixtapes that paired disco, house and French pop with sampled monologues by cultural figures. Their catalogue includes the albums Aller-Retour, Minuit and Rivages, as well as their reworking of Isabelle Pierre’s “Le temps est bon.” A filmed Cercle performance at Château de Chambord documented the trio’s concert format, a continuous electronic set assembled from original tracks, edits and spoken-word samples. They later took that three-person setup to the Paris music hall L’Olympia.
