Bosse in Vienna

Bosse is the stage name of German singer-songwriter Axel Bosse, who was born in Braunschweig in 1980. He writes indie pop and rock in German and is known for songs including “Schönste Zeit,” “So oder so,” “Dein Hurra” and “Der letzte Tanz,” as well as the albums Kraniche and Engtanz. “So oder so” won the Bundesvision Song Contest in 2013. The Engtanz Tour took Bosse through theatres and concert halls in 2016, followed by the Alles ist jetzt Tour on a later album cycle. He performs with a full band and has also brought that repertoire to Hurricane and Southside. Germany has been the center of Bosse’s live work, while his German-language tours have also reached Austria and Switzerland.
