brakence is an American singer, songwriter and producer from Columbus, Ohio, who makes electronic pop, emo rap and hyperpop. He became known through the album punk2 and songs including “dropout” and “rosier,” then followed it with hypochondriac, featuring “venus fly trap” and “deepfake.”

He performed as support for Aries on the Believe in Me, Who Believes in You Tour, bringing material from punk2 to club audiences. He later moved into headline rooms for the Hypochondriac Tour, presenting the album across North America and Europe.
