Brand New are an American rock band formed in 2000 on Long Island, New York. Their music moved through emo, alternative rock and post-hardcore across albums including Deja Entendu, The Devil and God Are Raging Inside Me, Daisy and Science Fiction. “The Quiet Things That No One Ever Knows,” “Sic Transit Gloria... Glory Fades” and “Jesus” are among their best-known songs. A 2002 tour supporting Dashboard Confessional introduced Brand New to larger North American audiences. By 2015, the band was appearing at the Reading and Leeds Festivals, followed in 2016 by a co-headlining tour with Modest Mouse that included Madison Square Garden. Their 2017 North American dates behind Science Fiction concluded at the Bomb Factory in Dallas.
