Breabach in Aberdeen

Breabach are a Scottish folk band formed in Glasgow in 2005. They play contemporary Scottish traditional music led by Highland bagpipes, fiddle, flute, guitar and double bass, alongside songs in Gaelic and English. Their recordings include the albums Bann, Frenzy of the Meeting and Dùsgadh. Breabach have toured North America, Australia and New Zealand as a five-piece ensemble, extending their festival and arts-centre work well beyond Scotland. Their British performance history includes seated theatre shows and appearances at Celtic Connections in Glasgow and Cambridge Folk Festival.
