Broken Back is the solo project of French singer-songwriter Jérôme Fagnet, who makes folk-pop shaped by electronic rhythms. He is known for songs including “Halcyon Birds,” “Happiest Man on Earth” and “Young Souls,” all featured on his self-titled debut album. Broken Back played Solidays during the touring cycle around that album and brought his live set to La Cigale in Paris. His festival appearances also included Les Francofolies de La Rochelle and the Montreux Jazz Festival.
