BUCK-TICK in Tokyo

BUCK-TICK is a Japanese rock band formed in Fujioka, Gunma, in 1983 and associated with the early visual kei scene. Their music has moved through alternative rock, gothic rock and electronic textures, and their best-known releases include the albums Aku no Hana and Kurutta Taiyo, as well as the songs “Just One More Kiss,” “Aku no Hana” and “Dress.” In 1989, BUCK-TICK performed at Tokyo Dome under the title BUCK-TICK Genshou. They presented the concert film project Climax Together at Yokohama Arena in 1992, then established THE DAY IN QUESTION as a recurring year-end concert series. Those shows were repeatedly held at Nippon Budokan, often on 29 December.
