About Butterfingers
Butterfingers is an Australian rap-rock band formed in Brisbane in 2002 and led by vocalist and guitarist Evil Eddie. Punk-edged guitars and hip-hop delivery shaped songs including “Yo Mama,” “I Love Work” and “FIGJAM,” as well as the albums Breakfast at Fatboys and The Deeper You Dig.
In 2005, the band played Big Day Out while performing material from its debut album. After a long hiatus, the group reunited in 2019 and resumed headline shows around Australia.
The concert format is a full electric band built around guitar, bass and drums, with the rapping and singing led by Evil Eddie.
