Büyük Ev Ablukada in Berlin

Büyük Ev Ablukada is a Turkish alternative-rock collective formed in Istanbul in 2008. Its music encompasses acoustic songwriting, indie rock and electronic rhythms; the albums Full Faça and Fırtınayt, together with songs including “En Güzel Yerinde Evin” and “Hayaletler,” are central to its catalogue. The group first developed its repertoire through acoustic performances, then brought the songs onstage with a larger ensemble for the Full Faça period. The later Fırtınayt concerts adopted a more electronic, dance-oriented format, while the named Ay Şuram Ağrıyo shows presented the material in acoustic arrangements.
