About C.C. Catch
C.C. Catch is a Dutch-German pop singer, born Caroline Catharina Müller in Oss in 1964 and raised in Germany. Working with songwriter and producer Dieter Bohlen, she became known for 1980s Eurodisco songs including “I Can Lose My Heart Tonight,” “Cause You Are Young,” “Strangers by Night,” “Heaven and Hell” and “Soul Survivor,” as well as the album Catch the Catch.
When C.C. Catch resumed recording in 1998, she also returned to concert work and later became a frequent performer at European 1980s revival events. Her appearances included Autoradio’s Diskoteka 80kh in Moscow, where she performed the Eurodisco repertoire associated with her years working with Dieter Bohlen.
