About Calema
Calema are a São Toméan pop duo formed by brothers Fradique and António Mendes Ferreira in 2011. Their Portuguese-language afropop draws on kizomba and zouk, and they are known for songs including “A Nossa Vez,” “Te Amo” and “Onde Anda,” as well as the albums Yellow and Voyage.
In 2019, Calema played L’Olympia in Paris. They followed that appearance with a 2022 concert at Altice Arena in Lisbon, then returned to France for a 2024 show at Accor Arena.
