Cameron Whitcomb is a Canadian country singer-songwriter who appeared on season 20 of American Idol and is known for songs including “Quitter,” “Medusa” and “Love Myself.” His music draws on country and folk songwriting, carried by a rough-edged vocal delivery. His 2022 American Idol audition featured “Rock Salt and Nails,” followed by further televised performances during the competition. After releasing his own material, he moved into headline dates at clubs and theatres on the Quitter Tour.
