Cats in Space are an English rock band formed in 2015 by guitarist and songwriter Greg Hart and drummer Steevi Bacon. They play melodic rock, power pop and 1970s-style pomp rock, first establishing their sound on the debut album Too Many Gods and later releases including Scarecrow, Atlantis and Kickstart the Sun. In 2017, Cats in Space supported Deep Purple on UK arena dates of The Long Goodbye Tour. Later that year they performed at British Summer Time Hyde Park on a concert headed by Phil Collins.
