Chad Gray in San Antonio

Chad Gray is an American heavy metal singer and songwriter, born in Latham, Illinois, in 1971. He is best known as the lead vocalist of Mudvayne and Hellyeah. Performing under the name Kud, he joined Mudvayne after the band formed in Peoria in 1996 and recorded albums including L.D. 50, The End of All Things to Come and Lost and Found. He also recorded six studio albums with Hellyeah. Mudvayne toured Europe and joined Metallica and Linkin Park on the Summer Sanitarium tour. Chad Gray later appeared at the Mitch Lucker Memorial Show.

Butcher Babies are an American metal band formed in Los Angeles in 2010. Their music draws on groove metal, thrash and metalcore. The debut album Goliath includes “Magnolia Blvd.” and “I Smell a Massacre,” while later releases include Take It Like a Man, Lilith and the paired albums Eye for an Eye... and ...'Til the World's Blind. Marilyn Manson took Butcher Babies on a North American tour as support in 2013. Later that year, the band spent the summer playing amphitheatres on the Jägermeister Stage of the Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival.
