About Chappaqua Wrestling
Chappaqua Wrestling are a British indie-rock band formed in Brighton around childhood friends Charlie Woods and Jake Mac. Their guitar-led sound carries psychedelic-pop touches, and their early singles “Is She Happy Turning On Her Side?” and “Full Round Table” led to the 2023 debut album Plus Ultra, which also includes “Wayfinding.”
In 2023, Chappaqua Wrestling took Plus Ultra through UK clubs and played a headline show at Village Underground in London. Their festival history also includes performances at The Great Escape and Reading and Leeds.
