Artist
Charlie Hunter is an American jazz guitarist and composer, born in 1967, who plays custom seven- and eight-string guitars that let him handle bass lines, chords and melody at the same time. His recordings include Bing Bing Bing!, Ready...Set...Shango! and Everybody Has a Plan Until They Get Punched in the Mouth; he also played on Norah Jones’s album Come Away with Me. As a member of Disposable Heroes of Hiphoprisy, Charlie Hunter opened for U2 on the Zoo TV Tour in 1992.
