Artist
Chicken Wire Empire is an American bluegrass band formed in Milwaukee in 2014. The group plays progressive bluegrass and newgrass, and its recordings include What Moves Mountains and Fresh Pickles, a collaboration with Chris Castino. The documentary All It Takes followed the band’s early development and its performance at Blue Ox Music Festival in Eau Claire. A later tour through Germany was captured on the concert release Live from Deutschland, Vol. 1.
