Chisato Moritaka is a Japanese J-pop singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, born in Osaka in 1969. She debuted in 1987 and is known for songs including “Ame,” “Watashi ga Obasan ni Natte mo” and “Watarasebashi,” as well as the albums Mite and Kokon Tozai. The 2013 LIVE The New Season! Do My Best tour was her first concert tour in 15 years. She later launched the Kono Machi Tour in 2019, performing in concert halls across Japan.
